No waiting until your next session.
No saving things up until there's a space in somebody's diary.

Hi, I’m Sarah — an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor, and the Founder of The Forward Focus Coaching Practice and yoozle
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years leading marketing teams in start-ups and global organisations.
I’ve led teams, presented in boardrooms and experienced many of the challenges that come with leadership — including moments when your confidence disappears, you question whether people are listening, or you wonder if you’re getting it right.
At a crossroads in my own career, I worked with a coach who helped me rebuild my confidence, find clarity and believe in where I was going. That experience changed my career — and eventually led me to become a coach myself.
yoozle brings together my experience as a leader with the coaching skills I’ve developed as an Executive Coach.
The technology makes the conversation possible. But the questions, frameworks and coaching approach behind it come from real coaching experience.
I created yoozle because I believe leaders should be able to get the right support when they need it — not just when their next coaching session comes around.

Leadership throws things at you every day.
You know the feeling.....
The difficult conversation you know you need to have.
The meeting you're walking into tomorrow and want to feel confident and clear for.
The decision you're second-guessing constantly.
The situation that's got under your skin - and you can't get it out of your head.
The conversation that didn't go the way you expected.
The moment you know you need to do something, but you're not sure what.
Sometimes you don't need another course, another leadership book or somebody telling you what to do.
You need a really good sounding board — something that helps you work through what's happening, asks the questions that get underneath the problem and gets you clearer about what to do next.
Googling it gives you information - talking to a friend gives you sympathy.
yoozle gives you clarity and a way to move forward.
Open yoozle when the situation comes up and start a coaching conversation there and then.
Work through what you want to say, what you're worried about and how you want to approach it.
Use it beforehand to get clear, challenge the doubts creeping in and walk into the room feeling more confident in your position.
Talk it through while it's fresh rather than replaying it for the next week.
Use it as a sounding board to explore what's really holding you back and get clarity on the way forward.
Work through what's behind it before it starts influencing what you do next.
No waiting until your next session.
No saving things up until there's a space in somebody's diary.
Just real coaching methodology, available when the situation is actually happening.
yoozle is for people who lead with real capability — and still find themselves questioning whether they're doing it right.
You’re leading a team and dealing with the people challenges.
You're stepping into a bigger role.
You're experienced with a track record, but still second-guess the way you lead
You have the experience and the track record, but you still second-guess how you lead
You already have a coach, but your next session is two weeks away.
You’ve never had access to Executive Coaching, but you know having that support when you need it could make a real difference.
You already have a coach, but your next session is two weeks away.
You’ve never had access to Executive Coaching.
You don’t feel like a natural leader.
Because you don't need to have all the answers, or be the loudest voice, to lead well.
Sometimes you need a space to work it out too.
